About these terms

These terms apply to SaveCub at go.savecub.com, operated by DO Media ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. The site is meant for U.S. adults (18 or older).

What SaveCub is

SaveCub is a free referral website. You answer three quick questions, and we point you to a partner's quote form. We are not an insurance company, agency or broker. We don't sell insurance, give quotes, or give insurance, legal or financial advice. Quotes, eligibility and prices come from insurers and licensed agents, not from us.

How we get paid

The site is free to you. We earn referral fees from partners. What we are paid may depend on what you do on their site, for example whether you submit their form and whether they accept or sell your request.

Partner sites

When you tap Continue, you leave SaveCub for SaveCubAuto at savecubauto.com, run by our partner, a separate company. Partner sites are separate from ours and have their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, their forms, or what they or the companies they work with do with your information.

No guarantees

We don't guarantee that you'll get quotes, that any quote will be lower than what you pay now, or that you'll qualify for coverage or any discount. Coverage, prices and discounts vary by insurer and state, and some options aren't available everywhere. General information on this site, such as what can change your price, isn't advice about your situation.

Acceptable use

Use the site only for your own insurance shopping. Don't:

• use bots, scripts or other automated means to click through the site or submit the quiz;
• create fake clicks or referrals, or tamper with our links or referral IDs;
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security;
• copy the site, or use it to break any law.

We may block traffic that looks automated or abusive.

Intellectual property

The SaveCub name, logo and bear-cub character, and this site's text and design, belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and share links to it, but not copy or reuse its content or branding without our permission. The name SaveCubAuto and the site at savecubauto.com are used by our partner; these terms give you no rights in them.

Disclaimers

We try to keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything a partner, insurer or agent does or fails to do. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
